1. When did you first get into Yugioh?

I watched it a bit when I was younger and it first aired on tv, but I really got into it much later. I just...suddenly remembered it and decided to try it out. I started with the last season, which really grabbed my interest- AE and magic and awesome music and voice acting... I also picked up on the first arc of the manga around that time, and enjoyed it hugely. It wasn't at all long before I was reading fanfiction and coming up with plot bunnies, and then I was obsessed.

2. What is your favorite kind of music?

Oh, that's hard! I'm just going to cheat and offer up a few options. Possibly number one is music which is a fusion of modern and traditional elements. Preferably in Japanese or a language I don't understand- I listen to very little music in English. I also enjoy traditional music, of course, but I don't as often find it helpful for my writing- though that depends on the story. And a friend has recently gotten me obsessed with Vocaloid, so there's that vying for second place.

3. What is the last movie you saw?
I almost never watch actual movies, so I'll have to cast around for a minute... Um...um... I honestly can't remember. In a few days I'll be able to say 'Like the Clouds, Like the Wind' since I've just downloaded it. I have a DVD of it, but I'm too lazy at the moment to figure out how to rip it, and it's the wrong region for my computer to play. ><

4. Have you ever read The Tale of Genji?
Not yet, sadly, but I plan to!

5. Chocolate fudge brownies, how wonderful are they?
Very wonderful! And drat, now I want some. They'd be just the thing, given how I'm feeling at the moment.

4. I ask because I started reading it and I'm halfway through chapter 4; sometimes I'm not quite sure what to make of it, but there's a lot more book to go before I have or even should make up my mind about it.

5. Would that I could send you some over the internet.
